My name is Dr. Ajfar Sherif, MD, and I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician in New Jersey. I completed my medical training at Hackensack University Medical Center, and after completing my postgraduate education, I founded a Women's Health clinic focused on serving the underserved population of Paterson, NJ. In addition to my work in primary and urgent care, I have had the privilege of holding leadership positions, including serving as the Area Medical Director for MedExpress NJ and as the Chief of Urgent Care for Riverside Medical Group Urgent Care. Having cared for COVID-19 patients during the peak of the pandemic, I am now eager to return to my roots and give back to the community that shaped me.

​My name is Devang Patel, and I am a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) based in New Jersey. I hold an MBBS degree from Gujarat, India—equivalent to an MD in the United States—and completed my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with AGNP specialization at William Paterson University after earning my nursing degree from JFK-Muhlenberg School of Nursing. With extensive experience in primary care, I focus on preventive medicine, health promotion, and patient education. Additionally, I have worked in acute medical-surgical settings and currently serve full-time at a VA hospital. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations.
